3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any changes to your travel plans or circumstances

4. Service Limitations

Please understand that:

• We cannot guarantee availability of tours, accommodations, or services as these are subject to third-party providers
• Prices and availability are subject to change and may vary based on travel dates and provider policies
• We are not responsible for changes in travel restrictions, policies, or requirements imposed by governments or travel providers
• Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Consultation fees are due before services commence
• Tour and travel service fees are separate and payable according to the terms of the respective service providers
• All fees are non-refundable once services have begun
• Additional charges may apply for expedited services or special requests
• Payment methods accepted: Credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

LOTTOUR's liability is limited to the amount paid for our consultation services. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOTTOUR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
